Jesus, it is only You that I live for

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts” (Isaiah 55:9).

A shift has taken place in the heavenly realm. To take part in the transition comes at a price, and that price is to be a living sacrifice. We need to lay down our lives on the altar of God every day – our spirit, soul and body.

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God (Romans 12:1-2).

Most of us have built up a lot of head-knowledge in the time of preparation leading up to the shift, but as we move into a higher revelation of God’s kingdom we need Godly wisdom, not just knowledge. This is exactly what Wisdom told Aldo before our Sons of God Conference in May. Wisdom said: “Prepare yourself for a shift.” Little did I know then what a great impact this shift would bring in our lives.

To move from one level to the next requires: repentance, dying to self, even more dying to self, dealing with the things that held you bound, and coming into freedom through the blood of the Lamb. It is like pealing an onion layer for layer... as we strip off all the things that hinder us we get closer to core which is the beauty of the fullness of Christ. This beauty will keep on being revealed in greater measures until Yeshua comes to take us home.

I wish I could sit here today and tell you that it is easy. It is never easy to die to self. But as you die to self you will look back after a time and see how your selfish desires made way for humility and total dependence on the Holy Spirit. I stand amazed at the revelations that Wisdom gave Aldo throughout this difficult time. I am awed by how much this King of ours loves His children; and that it is His desire for us to know His heart and to live out of His love. I am more on my knees before God than ever before, and I can see the fruit of this in my ministry. When I take a step back and look at what God has done in last couple of months, I can see that His third-day resurrection power is flowing because ‘Retah’ is not in the way anymore. I stand astonished about the depths of what God is allowing us to learn and I think to myself, “Lord, I won’t tell anybody about this because no one will believe me!” The Holy Spirit responded to my thoughts, “From this place where you are living now Retah – from out of My heart – you will not have tell anybody; you only have to open up the doors of My heart and they will have the opportunity to enter in. The warmth of the fire of love that is burning for My children will draw them in. I will reveal Myself to them as I revealed Myself to you and your family.”

In God’s heart there is a holy fire burning. Nothing unclean or defiled will be able to endure the flames, and it is on this altar – the altar of His love – where we need to lay down our lives daily. The Bridegroom, Yeshua, is looking for purity in His bride. God is just using Aldo’s mouth and his letters to give a message to His bride. To warn people about what is coming because we can’t play church any longer. There is an impending judgement that is coming and God will hold us accountable for every word, every thought, every deed and every intent of our hearts. We will be judged according to the measure of His Word.

Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy.  If you are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified. But let none of you suffer as a murderer, a thief, an evildoer, or as a busybody in other people’s matters. Yet if anyone suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God in this matter.

For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God? Now “If the righteous one is scarcely saved, Where will the ungodly and the sinner appear?”

Therefore let those who suffer according to the will of God commit their souls to Him in doing good, as to a faithful Creator (1 Peter 4:12-19).

We are learning so, so, so much at the moment. It is like a download of information from heaven. I am sitting with everything in my hands and I know that the Lord will guide me in what I should reveal, and when. The things we are busy fighting against are definitely according to the end-time prophecies given in the book of Revelation. I thought it was still a long way off – but it is here! Everyone in the army of God (that is to say if you want to move into the Promised Land) will have to start fighting the principalities and powers of the air.

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armour of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armour of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand (Eph. 6:10-13).

Our prayers should really be focussed on seeking the Lord to purify our hearts and to lead us in His ways: “Lord, please get my heart to such a place where I will willingly follow wherever You lead... I want to be totally surrendered to You. I don’t want to be distracted by my emotions or worldly reasoning, but I want my mind, will and emotions to be in alignment with the truth of Your Word. Lord, I choose to lay down my life on Your altar and to be a living sacrifice for You. Please burn out everything that is not from You. I choose Your will for my life, Lord. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.”

God’s will for our lives will be found in His Word. We must strive to have a clear conscience before God and men. Every time when I have listened to the opinion of man without seeking God’s counsel, I have made big mistakes in the past.

“Please Lord, help met to seek Your face before I listen to any other person’s opinion. Teach me to be patient and to act only when You give me peace after praying and seeking Your will. Teach me to be totally dependent on Your voice and to wait for your leading.”

Test and trials are a part of our sifting and maturing process, and these siftings are the purifying process that prepares us for the next level that we need to enter into. The sifting brings us to our knees, and there our faith grows as we eat the Word of God and cling to the Lord.  Our confidence will no longer be in our own abilities but in the Lord’s strength and hope will becomes our anchor. We will no longer be moved by the storms of adversity, but we will be steadfast and anchored in Him.

This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence behind the veil, where the forerunner has entered for us, even Jesus, having become High Priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek (Heb. 6:19-20).

Only when I came to thís place did the Lord say to Wisdom: “Now release wisdom into her heart... release understanding in her heart... release more faith into her heart, because she has placed her trust in Me, and Me only!”

Wow, we serve the King of Glory! I believe we are fighting for a huge breakthrough – not only for my family, but for the nations. In the Promised Land the Israelites faced giants, and so too we will face powers and principalities that try to keep us from our inheritance. We don’t fight these principalities in the same way as we fight our normal day to day demons - they are only the bad fruit rooted in the powers and principalities. We need to uproot the trees that keep the principalities established in our lives.

You might wonder why we (the McPherson’s) have to face this battle so head on, while many other people don’t seem to be engaged in a battle? Well, Jezebel is doing her best to kill and silence the true prophets of YHVH. But God is in the restoration business; and where Jezebel tries to quench what the Spirit of God is doing, God does a new thing and He restores what the enemy tries to demolish. He is busy purifying us for a greater intensity of holiness, and like never before Jezebel is trying to stop God’s people from taking up their proper positions in the body of Christ.

My mission is to bring His kingdom into my ‘every day’. His Kingdom is what we receive in His heart. God wants to bring victory for all the situations that we face, and that will happen when we say: “Lord, I am here for Your kingdom – use me so that Your kingdom can manifest on the earth.” We are here for no other reason except for His kingdom, and it won’t manifest unless we live from out of His heart.

“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you” (Matt. 6:33).

Yes, we are fighting – but we are exciting for what the breakthrough will bring! Even if the trials we face are not easy at all, the Lord keeps Aldo standing. God knows that he said Yes to Yeshua’s call. So did I, and Tinus and Josh – and I believe you also did.

For all of us who are fighting this battle – grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

We will live only for You Yeshua!

Love,

Retah and the family.
