Moving from hope to faith and completely trusting God

4 October 2019

In God’s presence, there is no room for destructive emotions, thoughts or words.

Wow – these are hard words. We all engage in these processes from time to time.

Sitting at His feet, I ponder the difficult situations of life. All the hurt and challenging things we all face. “How do You perceive all of this, Abba Father?”

”You are right, Retah, life is sometimes painful and destructive – but I want you to rise above these emotions and circumstances and live a complete life in a different dimension. One where My presence is tangible. More real than what you face today. This implies that you have to lift your head and face the situation head-on, viewing it through My eyes.

In My presence, you will experience My love and grace. You will look at those who hurt you through My eyes. You will forgive just as I forgave you. You will be able to love yourself and others, just as I love you.

Give all your painful memories to Me, look through My eyes. By doing this you will realize that those that hurt you did not know what they were doing.  That is why I also ask My Father to forgave those who hurt Me – because I saw that they did not know what they were doing.

You will not be able to do this in your own strength or even in this dimension. Only when you look into My eyes, you will be able to see grace and give grace. You will see forgiveness and forgive.

I want to hold you, comfort you and reassure you today. Please bring all your pain to Me, neglecting to do so will make you bitter. Bringing it to Me, will transform you into more of My likeness. Fire has a way to strip you from the old. I am with you in the fire! There is purpose in the fire. I am the All-consuming Fire.”

Php 4:7  And God's peace [shall be yours, that tranquil state of a soul assured of its salvation through Christ, and so fearing nothing from God and being content with its earthly lot of whatever sort that is, that peace] which transcends all understanding shall garrison and mount guard over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

In the presence of Jesus Christ, I start moving from hope to faith to COMPLETE TRUST IN GOD!

Complete trust in God is solid. It is a choice based on God’s presence in our lives. The more we experience God’s trustworthiness, the more we will experience faith in action.

Trust in Christ makes you free from the bondage of yesterday and free from the fear of tomorrow.

Knowing that God knows everything – our feelings, our emotions, our fears and our struggles. He knows us completely. He even knows our tomorrow. That gives me so much hope. He doesn't want us to look back and live a life of guilt, regret and shame. He died so that we can put it all on the cross and move forward into a life of abundance.

He knows everything about us. He is present and He is real. He loves us and has a wonderful plan for all of us. In His eyes, I can see the beauty of all things – becoming manifest in His perfect time.

To trust God, is to trust His plan.

I have found that when I sit on His lap, it is much closer to look into His eyes. And from this place, it is never difficult to trust Him. Sitting here, I am so close to His heart that I can feel His heartbeat, even feeling His compassion for all those who hurt me so badly.

This is the – “in Christ dimension." In this dimension, I see myself sitting on His lap, slowing my tense breathing and resting my head on the shoulder of my Abba Father. Here, there is no anxiety or fear about my future. The only thing I hear is His heartbeat – steadily beating in rhythm – COMPLETE TRUST IN GOD, complete trust in God!

This trust makes it possible to live in the reality of "now".

Not in tomorrow, nor in the past. But in faith and trust in God alone.

I trust that God is always present.

I trust that He is in control.

I trust that He will never leave us nor forsake us.

I trust that beauty always comes in His time.

I trust that Christ rises over every situation.

I trust that perfect love casts out all fear.

I trust that nothing can separate me from His love, not suffering, affliction, tribulation, calamity, distress, persecution, hunger, the sword or peril (Rom 8:35).

I trust that all things work out together for those who love Him.

I trust that He is busy transforming us into His image and His likeness.

I trust all God’s promises are yes and amen.

I trust that what He started He will finish.

I trust that He has all the answers.

I trust that He makes a way where there seems to be no way.

This is what it means to operate in a different dimension.

You become one with God. Heaven found a landing place on earth – in my heart.

That means – heaven came to earth.

What does this look like?

We are walking mirrors all the time showing what is going on in our hearts.  God’s heart, His intention, His love, His grace (heaven) needs to flow through us every day and in every situation.

How is that possible? Only in His presence! By staying in the “in Christ dimension”.

And that my dear friend is available to us all!

In South Africa people are leaving the country by the dozens, every day. The streets are filled with fear and our economy takes so much strain. Houses stand empty as people just leave everything and leave the country.

Abba, what do I say to everyone that is so fearful? What about the people that can't move abroad?

"I am fully present in every moment of your life. Trust Me – I am with you! Come, move up higher, move into My very presence. You will be forever safe in Me. You will be changed into My image in the midst of your difficult situations. Come, My beloved child, come move in with Me! Come up higher."

God is still in control – it doesn't matter what you face!

I bless you my dear friend, let’s move in with God.
