Revelation 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony, and they loved not their lives unto death. The Blood of Jesus Christ is the reason that we can rejoice. The Blood enables us to come boldly to the throne of grace – into the very throne room of Almighty God. As we confess our sins, the Blood removes the record thereof, completely blotting it out. The Blood also enables us and gives us the power to stop sinning. If we [freely] admit that we have sinned and confess our sins, He is faithful and just (true to His own nature and promises) and will forgive our sins [dismiss our lawlessness] and [continuously] cleanse us from all unrighteousness [everything not in conformity to His will, purpose, thought, and action]. 1John 1:9 It is the POWER of the Blood of Jesus, that reconciles us to God. It is the POWER of His Blood that heals us. We need to seek the mercy of God, pursue redemption and make our adoption into God’s family a reality and truth – all through the Blood of Jesus Christ alone. Each time we repent, we receive a blood transfusion in the Spirit – exchanging our darkness for Life. There are many challenges that we face, but we never, never need to become discouraged and stuck. Because of the POWER of His Blood, we are never hopeless. His Blood makes us more than conquerors in the war that we are called to fight every day. War? You might ask. Yes, in Ephesians 6 it does not say that some of us may have to fight a war. No, we are all called to be first class soldiers fighting the good fight of faith. For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotisms, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere. Ephesians 6:12 But we need to have faith in His Blood – the Blood of our Yeshua the Messiah, who is the faithful witness. Unto Him be the POWER and Glory, that loves us and washes us from our sins in His own Blood. Whom God has set forth to be our propitiation, through faith, by His Blood. What makes His Blood so precious? Have you ever thought about that? It is the Blood of God. Acts 20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, remember it was Holy Spirit who appointed you to guard and oversee the churches that belong to Jesus, the Anointed One, which He purchased and established with His own Blood. His Blood was and is incorruptible and undefiled. Hebrews 9:14 How much more shall the Blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge our conscience from dead works to serve the Living God. Every dead work in me, needs to be exchanged from death to life – only through the POWER of His Blood. The Cross is our eternal trading floor. The Blood of the Lamb makes it possible for the love of God to dawn in our hearts. It is God’s grace. He paid a price for us so that we can be one with Him, forever. Being engrafted as sons of God. John the Baptist introduced Jesus and said, “I want to introduce you to the One who is coming. Behold Him, He is the Lamb of God!” Do you know Him? The One who sits on the throne? There is a law of sin and death, we see the proof of that every day. But the law of sin and death could not hold Him, had nothing in common with Him, because He never sinned. We are all sinners and the proof ARE that we all die, sooner or later. But, He has provided a way for us. We can deal with our sin, repent and take full responsibility and walk in freedom. We need to bring all our struggles, our weaknesses, to the Blood – it is Most Powerful. Don't stay in bondage, don't stay trapped – His Blood has the Power to set you free. In the process your life will become a living testimony of His grace and love. Worthy is the Lamb! I am forever thankful for His Blood and grace. Retah and family
