When we pray we open the door to the Throne room. Prayer is like a key for us. Hebrews 4:16 Come boldly to the throne of grace (the third heaven throne room) to obtain mercy and grace and help in every area of our lives where we are in need. Yeshua paid the full price for us to enter in. The veil has been torn apart. But the choice is still ours whether we are going in with prayer or not. We can go as deep as the Court in heaven where you can bring your petition before YHVH.
Prayers like petitions and intercession do not happen on the battlefield, but in the court room. It is a process that occurs and proceeds before the Court of heaven and is a legal transaction before the Judge of the entire universe.
If you are serious about your case, you will go to the Court in heaven and bring it before the Judge. In the Court are different protocol than what and how we fight on the battlefield. Most important is to get all your legal facts ready (in the light), so that you will get breakthrough and not backlash. Maybe it is our lack of understanding and what is really hiding in us, that makes us so easily plead ‘non guilty’ in the Court.
We have to make sure that we had repented of what Holy Spirit showed us, before we go to the Court, because the accuser of the brethren is the one who accuses us day and night and night and day. And if I am in denial about the true condition of my heart, this Court room event will have backlash as result. There are many a time secrets in the wounds, so it will be a good thing to present my whole being to YHVH and ask Him to search all the secrets so that I can take responsibility for them.
Psalm 139:23, 24 “Search me, O God, and know my heart. Try me and know my thoughts, and see if there is any wicked way in me.”
David asks, ”expose any secret, unknown sin in me“ – so that I can repent of them and not be found guilty in court.
Luke 18:1-8 Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart, saying: “There was in a certain city a judge who did not fear God nor regard man. Now there was a widow in that city; and she came to him, saying, ‘Get justice for me from my adversary.’ “And he would not for a while; but afterward he said within himself, ‘Though I do not fear God nor regard man, yet because this widow troubles me I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me. Then the Lord said, “Hear what the unjust judge said. And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? I will tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?”
There was a time in my life when the spiritual battles were so intense, that I went daily to the Court in heaven. One day I asked Abba, ”Do you mind that I come every day? I am so sorry but I have only You that can help me.” He answered me with the above scripture, and ever since I know the power of presenting my case before the King.
Yes, I also experienced backlash and that is why I do communion and ask Holy Spirit every day of my life to show me all the hidden secrets and evil that are hiding in my brokenness. We all have that, but if you ask Him to show you and take responsibility for them, He will help you to deal with them and forgive you as you repent of it. Then the enemy has no legal right on you.
Today I look at prayer differently as before. Prayer opens up a new dimension for us, all through the Blood of Yeshua. Prayer as a petition is part of the Judicial system.
The Judge:
Daniel 7:9-10 I watched till thrones were put in place, and the Ancient of Days was seated; His garment was white as snow, and the hair of His head was like pure wool. His Throne was a fiery flame, its wheels a burning fire; a fiery stream issued and came forth from before Him. A thousand thousands ministered to Him; ten thousand times ten thousand stood before Him. The Court was seated, and the books were opened.
Mediators – attorneys ( they argue for or against something)
The Witnesses
Satan is continually accusing us before YHVH, and Yeshua is continually interceding for us. We know that these two voices in the heavens are looking for witnesses on earth. Yeshua is interceding for us and declaring blessings over us. He is looking for a witness on earth, someone that speaks life and declares life as well. Forgiveness and speaking life is powerful forces for the intercessor. This is a spiritual law.
Satan is accusing and declaring curses upon people and he is also waiting for a witness. Our words and our deeds give him the power to put curses upon people.
So who will prevail? The one with which we will agree. I have to make choices every day. Yeshua holds before me life or death, blessing or cursing – I have to choose.
What are the documents in my hands when I enter into the court? Do I cooperate with the great intercessor and become an intercessor? Do I forgive 70 x 7 times, or will I side with Satan and become an accuser of the brethren? When I forgive, and ask forgiveness even for my secret angry thoughts, my own sin, and then I put the case in YHVH’s hands.
Hebrews 4:14,15 Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.
Remember there is a difference between prayer and petition (Ephesians 6:18.)
Prayer covers all aspects of request. And a petition is defined as a formal written request that is presented to a superior authority. It is a legal presentation before the Judge, requesting judicial action, a verdict from Heavens Court.
What do you seek?
What are the results that you seek?
On the basis of God’s Word, not your own desires.
What is the adversary that fights you?
You are going to interact with YHVH in the court.
As an intercessor purchased by the Blood of Yeshua, you stand before the Throne.
Your Judge is the Ancient of Days.
Your case will be reviewed
Ask YHVH for a verdict, be specific and ask YHVH to rule in your favour.
Why? Because you are a child of the Most High God!
Thank You Abba that we can come boldly, we love You!
